Breakfast with the best (Review - best workers)

As usual, we headed to Moonee Valley this morning to enjoy a free sausage or two, coffee, a beautiful sunrise and hopefully identified a few potential winners heading into the weekend.

Quick summary below:

3 TICKS (OUTSTANDING WORK, LOAD UP AS SOON AS MARKETS OPEN):

  • No horses given the rare '3 ticks' this morning.

2 TICKS (CAUGHT THE EYE WITH SOME LOVELY WORK):

  • KERMADEC - Chris Waller (COX PLATE)
  • MALICE - John O'Shea (CRYSTAL MILE)
  • DISPOSITION - Lee Freedman (CRYSTAL MILE)
  • HOOKED - John Thompson (CRYSTAL MILE)
  • LET'S MAKE ADEAL - Nigel Blackiston (GOLD CUP) - Dwayne Dunn
  • BIG MEMORY - Tony McEvoy (GOLD CUP) - Kerrin McEvoy
  • ESCADO - Matt Laurie (GOLD CUP)
  • VON VACHERON - Mick Price (RED ANCHOR) - Craig Newitt
  • ZARZALI - James Cummings (TESIO) - Sam Keogh
  • DELTA D'OR - Amy Johnston (INGLIS BANNER)
  • EMPHATICALLY - Ciaron Maher (INGLIS BANNER) - Kerrin McEvoy

Nobody worked poorly in terms of suggesting to steer clear of, with all/most others completing nice even work with minimal fuss. This includes all other Cox Plate participants who went around the morning.
